Dr. Nitsa Rosenzweig is the Scientific Review Officer for the Macromolecular Structure and Function (MSFE) Study Section. She received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel characterizing extracellular matrix secreted from keratinocytes. She then had postdoctoral training at Iowa State University, University of Michigan, and Tulane University, studying lipid signal transduction pathways. She was a faculty member at Xavier University and at the University of New Orleans, developing new biomaterials for detection, drug targeting and controlled release. She joined the Biological Chemistry and Macromolecular Biophysics (BCMB) Integrated review Group (IRG) at CSR in 2006.
